Level I Women's Self-Defense

An introduction to the basics of self-defense. You'll learn the universal fighting stance, distractionary strikes, and grab attack escapes.


Level II Women's Self-Defense

Ground Survival 

Prerequisite:  Level I


What to do when an attack ends up on the ground? You will learn ground escapes and evasions from some of the most dangerous positions on the ground.


Level III Women's Self-Defense

Prerequisite: Level I and Level II
You will learn how to weaponize your hands, feet, elbows, and knees to fend off an attacker.


Level II Self-Defense 

Concealed Pistol License
Prerequisite:  None - must be a US citizen with no criminal record


This is an eight-hour class that will teach you the fundamentals of defensive shooting. After successfully completing the class you will be able to apply for a concealed pistol license in the State of Michigan.
