Program Objectives

● Improve listening skills	● Provide fun & exciting physical fitness
● Improve agility of athlete	● Teach to follow directions
● Teach teamwork	● Teach basic martial arts techniques
● Instill respect for authority	● Goal setting & peer-tutoring
